Scope of our German Property Tax Services
- RETT advisory: Asset/share deal analysis (thresholds, partner changes), group reorganizations, exemptions, SPA/notary language review, post-closing checks.
- Grundsteuer administration: Property registrations/changes, assessment monitoring, objection management (appeals), and a calendar for deadlines and payments.
- Cross-border alignment (optional): Basis tracking, DE–US timing and documentation, evidence packs for credits and disclosures.
Note: RETT filings are typically submitted by the notary in Germany. Our role focuses on structuring, documentation, and review to achieve the intended outcome.
