(1) Definition of Objectives
The founder defines the foundation’s objectives and provides the framework data.
(2) Planning
In the planning phase, we create an initial concept design. The design is then refined in consultation with the founder. The defined process can be tested using suitable measures. For example, the founder can test die. All necessary actions and consequences can be walked through.
(3) Concept
The result is a final concept in which the procedure is presented and a detailed script lists the individual steps in their time sequence.
(3) Implementation
We implement the concept in accordance with the specifications of the script. The foundation is created on the basis of the foundation statutes specified in the concept.
